LPN / RN – All Shifts – Nursing Home – Full-Time / Part-Time

About the role

We are seeking dependable and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) and Registered Nurses (RNs) to join our team in a locally owned and operated nursing home group serving Western Kentucky. This position offers flexible scheduling across multiple shifts, allowing nurses to find a schedule that fits their needs while providing high‑quality care in a skilled nursing and long‑term care environment.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications and treatments in accordance with physician orders and facility policy.
• Assess (RN) or monitor (LPN) resident conditions and report changes appropriately.
• Provide direct nursing care in a skilled nursing and long‑term care setting.
• Accurately document care and treatments in the medical record system (EMAR/EHR).
• Collaborate with CNAs and interdisciplinary team members to deliver quality care.
• Assist with care planning and follow established care plans.
• Maintain compliance with state and federal regulations.
• Contribute to a respectful, resident‑centered environment.

Qualifications

• Current LPN or RN license in the state of Kentucky.
• Experience in long‑term care, skilled nursing, or nursing home preferred.
• Strong clinical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Reliable attendance and flexibility to work assigned shifts.
• Commitment to compassionate, professional resident care.
