Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) - All Shifts

Responsibilities

• Aid in care planning and treatments for residents under RN supervision.
• Consult with other nursing staff as necessary to apply knowledge and resources.
• Review resident medical records to ensure compliance with state and federal guidelines.
• Document care provided and report changes in resident status to shift supervisor.
• Seek opportunities for personal and professional growth.
• Set and implement goals and policies aligned with FutureCare’s nursing facility philosophy.

Requirements

• Hold an active LPN license in the state of Maryland.
• One year of nursing experience preferred.
• Previous experience caring for residents in acute or long-term health care facilities is a plus.

Qualifications

• Strong work ethic and willingness to assist others.
• Effective interpersonal communication skills with all personnel, residents, and families.
• CPR license current.

Skills

• Basic knowledge and skills required for nursing care.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Compliance with state and federal healthcare regulations.
