LPN Resource Nurse

About the role

Klaton Consultants is looking for a Resource Nurse for our Assisted Living communities. This person will cover the region of Kansas City, Topeka, and Manhattan. This person will work with the Executive Directors and RCCs (Resident Care Coordinator) to assist with task completion.

Responsibilities

• Quarterly pharmacy reviews
• Risk Watch
• Admissions/re-admissions
• Labs (routine draw, review completion, and documented results, PCP notification and new orders)
• In-house physician visits/rounds, and order entry
• Covering for the RCC when the RCC is on vacation, sick or if the position is vacant for a period of time

Qualifications

• Must be a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
• Must have reliable transportation
