About the role
This person will cover the region of Topeka, Kansas City, and Manhattan.
Responsibilities
- Work with Executive Directors and RCCs (Resident Care Coordinator) to assist with task completion
- Quarterly pharmacy reviews
- Risk Watch
- Admissions/re-admissions
- Labs (routine draw, review completion, and documented results)
- PCP notification and new orders
- In-house physician visits/rounds, and order entry
- Covering for the RCC when the RCC is on vacation, sick, or if the position is vacant for a period of time
Qualifications
- Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
- Reliable transportation
