About the role
Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized nursing care for adult and geriatric patients across multiple facilities within the region. Work in various units including Med/Surg, ICU, Emergency, Oncology, and more, providing flexible and diverse clinical experiences.
Responsibilities

- Build assessment and communication skills
Requirements
- Graduation from an accredited practical nursing program
- Current LPN licensure
- Relevant certifications such as BLS, ACLS, PALS, and IV certification
- Recent bedside experience (minimum one year for Med/Surg, two years for other specialties)
- Physical ability to perform duties involving standing, walking, lifting, and moving patients
