Schedule
- Shift: 8 Hours - Day Shifts
- Monday - Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm
- No weekends, no holidays, no overnight shifts, and no scheduled on-call rotation
- Flex weekly hours: 40.00
- Flex positions receive a 5% flex premium on top of base wage
Pay
Salary Range: $21.25 - $31.94 per hour

About the Role
The Thief River Falls Psychiatry Clinic has an opening for a full-time LPN to join their team! This position offers an opportunity to work shoulder-to-shoulder with providers in an integrated, team-based care environment with multiple behavioral health disciplines.

Responsibilities
- Participates in the implementation and evaluation of patient care, under the supervision of a registered nurse
- Ensures the health, comfort, and safety of patients
- Educates and communicates with patients and their families
Qualifications
- Must have graduated from an accredited school or college of nursing program leading to licensure as a Licensed Practical Nurse
- Associate's degree in practical nursing is preferred
- Must have attended a pre-licensure nursing program that included supervised clinical experience across the life span as part of the curriculum or have had a minimum of 400 hours of experience as a RN (or LPN) at another facility
- If IV therapy is required, must have completed a board-approved educational program that included intravenous therapy in the curriculum or successfully completed a course in intravenous therapy developed according to board guidelines
- Requires current licensure as a practical nurse in the state(s) of practice
