About the role

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care in accordance with the client's plan of care
• Comprehensive health and psychosocial evaluation
• Maintain monitoring of the client’s condition
• Coordinate health promotion and prevention services

Requirements

• Two years LPN experience required
• Two years experience in assisted living or in a nursing home
• Licensed Practical Nurse license in good standing
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local laws and regulations related to resident services and care
• Show good judgment, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
• Demonstrate effective organization, time management, and communication skills
• Be able to handle multiple priorities and delegate tasks
• Show dedication to seniors and their well-being
• Work nights and weekends

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Current CPR certification
• Current First Aid certification
