About the role
Provide direct clinical care at a Sobering and Deflection Center. Under supervision, perform medical screenings, clinical observations, CLIA-waived testing, and administer comfort medications to ensure participant safety and stabilization. Support diversion from emergency and justice systems through trauma-informed and person-centered care, aligned with program standards.

Requirements
- Active LPN license in Oregon
- CPR/BLS certification
- Eligibility for CLIA-waived testing
- Knowledge of substance use, trauma-informed care, and behavioral health
- Valid ID
Qualifications
Preferred experience in detox, emergency care, or correctional health is advantageous.
