Maryland LPN Flex Pool Locations Opportunities are available at Lorien communities throughout Central Maryland Baltimore, Carroll, Harford and Howard Counties As an LPN in the Lorien PRN Flex Pool, you will provide compassionate, high-quality nursing care to residents while supporting our clinical teams across multiple Lorien communities. You will Provide direct nursing care in accordance with each resident’s individualized care planAssess residents and monitor changes in conditionAdminister medications and treatments as orderedComplete accurate and timely clinical documentation using PointClickCare (PCC)Communicate changes in resident condition to physicians, providers, families, and the interdisciplinary care teamSupervise and support nursing assistants and other members of the care team as appropriateFollow infection prevention, safety, HIPAA, and regulatory requirementsRespond to resident needs and clinical concerns with compassion and professionalismCollaborate with nursing and interdisciplinary teams to support continuity and quality of careProvide exceptional resident-centered care that reflects Lorien’s commitment to helping residents live their best lives LPN Qualifications Active LPN licenseMinimum of 2 years of direct-care LPN experienceCurrent BLS or CPR certificationKnowledge of medical terminology, clinical documentation, and HIPAA requirementsPatient, compassionate, and empathetic approach to resident careCommitment to providing safe, high-quality nursing careAbility to work a minimum of five shifts per month at two or more Lorien facilities Required Experience Skilled nursingLong-term careNursing home careAssisted livingPointClickCare (PCC)Call-outs must be made directly to the Lorien facility where the scheduled shift is assigned.
