About the role
We are seeking Licensed Practical Nurses to join our Skilled Rehabilitation & Nursing Facility, which provides both long-term and short-term care. Our focus is on excellence, with daily progress measured by successful recovery and rehabilitation outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Administer medications and treatments
- Manage IVs
- Ensure patients and their families understand release instructions
- Supervise Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs)
- Monitor fluid and food intake and output
- Safely move patients
