LPN - Private Duty - School Nurse

About the role

We are seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)/Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) to provide one-on-one nursing care in a school setting for students with medical needs such as trach, vent, G-tube feedings, seizure monitoring, diabetic care, and personal care. The role may include transporting the patient to and from school.

Responsibilities

• Deliver specialized nursing care tailored to each student's medical requirements
• Ensure safety and well-being of students

Qualifications

• Current LPN/LVN licensure in the practice state
• Health Certificate, PPD or Chest X-Ray
• BLS certification

• Preferred: at least one year of LVN/LPN experience

• Strong clinical skills in pediatric care
• Ability to follow care plans precisely
