About the role
Registered Nurse providing skilled nursing care in patients' homes in a 1:1 setting, with options for part-time or full-time shifts, including day and night.
Responsibilities
- Utilize the nursing process to plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
- Develop and modify care plans based on patient needs and physician input.
- Perform therapeutic, preventive, and rehabilitative nursing actions.
- Respond to changes in patient condition, reporting to physicians or supervisors.
- Administer medications and treatments, monitor effectiveness, and document outcomes.
- Review care plans, identify educational needs, coordinate care, and assist with discharge planning.
Qualifications
- Current RN license in the practicing state.
- Valid health certificate, PPD or chest X-ray, and BLS certification.
- Preferred: at least one year of RN experience.
