About the role
We are seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) responsible for delivering patient care under the supervision of a Registered Nurse (RN).
Responsibilities
- Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care
- Perform focused interviews to identify patient needs
- Assess physiologic and psychosocial changes
- Collect, analyze, and document data and nursing diagnoses
- Perform additional assigned duties
Qualifications
- Current LPN license in the practice state
- Valid health certificate
- PPD or chest X-ray
- BLS certification
- Preferred one year of LPN experience
