LPN - Primary Care - Per Diem

Role Overview: Provides primary clinical support as an LPN in a healthcare setting, assisting providers with patient care, diagnostic procedures, and documentation. Key Responsibilities: Obtain and document patient medical history, vital signs, and prepare patients for examinations.Assist providers with minor surgical and diagnostic procedures.Collect and prepare laboratory specimens, ensuring accuracy and proper documentation.Administer medications and vaccines, including skin testing, under provider direction.Maintain a clean, organized clinical environment and ensure readiness of instruments and supplies.Communicate effectively with patients and providers, responding to inquiries and prioritizing patient needs. Qualifications & Skills: Graduate from a specialty training program in nursing is required. Ability to provide patient care within specific age ranges and follow all safety and organizational policies.
