LPN - Licensed Practical Nurse - Primary Care - Per Diem

Role Overview: Provides primary clinical support in patient care, assisting providers with diagnosis, treatment, and procedures. Ensures accurate documentation of patient history, vital signs, and test results, and prepares patients for examinations. Administers medications, vaccines, and skin tests under provider supervision. Maintains a clean, sterile environment and prepares examination rooms. Responsibilities Supports diagnostic testing, specimen collection, and laboratory paperwork.Facilitates effective communication between patients and providers, responding to patient questions and prioritizing provider needs.Assists with minor surgical and diagnostic procedures, ensuring accurate and efficient care.Performs routine clinical tasks in a fast-paced environment, adhering to policies and aseptic techniques. Qualifications & Skills Graduate from a Specialty Training Program-Nursing (Required).Strong clinical skills, attention to detail, and ability to follow scope of practice.Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
