About the role
This position is for an outpatient Clinic Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in a walk-in healthcare setting, providing primary clinical support to patients and providers. The LPN supports diagnostic testing, documents patient information, responds to patient inquiries, and helps facilitate efficient care delivery. The role emphasizes patient safety, quality care, and adherence to policies within an organization dedicated to kindness, excellence, learning, innovation, and safety.
Responsibilities
- Obtain patient histories and vital signs
- Assist with examinations and minor procedures
- Collect lab specimens
- Administer medications and vaccines

Qualifications
- Graduation from a Specialty Training Program–Nursing
