Role Overview The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) provides direct nursing care to patients under the supervision of an RN, midlevel provider, or physician in patient care departments. Key Responsibilities Deliver nursing services in accordance with the LPN scope of practice and provider orders.Monitor and report patient responses to care for evaluation and plan modifications.Ensure complete and accurate documentation of patient care. Qualifications & Skills Valid Illinois Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license.Basic Life Support (BLS) certification within 30 days.College diploma as an LPN.
