Role Overview: The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) provides primary clinical support in outpatient clinics, assisting providers with patient care, diagnostic tests, and procedures. They obtain patient histories, vital signs, and prepare patients for examinations. The LPN administers medications, vaccines, and performs basic clinical tasks under provider supervision. They ensure a clean environment, prepare examination rooms, and manage laboratory specimens efficiently. The role involves ongoing communication with patients and documentation to support accurate diagnosis and treatment. Qualifications & Skills: Graduate from a Specialty Training Program in Nursing is required. Both new and experienced LPNs are welcomed. The position emphasizes teamwork, attention to detail, and adherence to clinical protocols. Key Duties: Assist with diagnostic procedures, collect specimens, document patient data, respond to patient inquiries, and maintain clinical environments.
