LPN - PHYSICIAN OFFICE NURSE - BEEBE ALLERGY

Responsibilities

• Accurate assessments of patients are performed and completed efficiently.
• Accurate documentation of the continuum of care is maintained.
• Demonstrates safe and accurate technical skills.
• Demonstrates competency in performing all office/medical procedures.
• Routinely demonstrates proper technique in operating all office/medical equipment.
• Triage of patients is accurate and adheres to provider instructions.
• Demonstrates competency in providing quality patient care.
• Accurately follows provider directions.
• Handles all specimens using proper technique and correctly labels them for transfer to the lab.
• Ensures proper specimen preparation for lab courier transfer.
• Conscious of biohazard safety, especially during specimen manual delivery to the lab and glove changes between patients.
• Handles specimens using proper techniques and correctly labels them for transfer to the lab.
• Routinely performs all nursing duties within the scope of practice and organizational policies/procedures.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year L.P.N./R.N. experience, preferably in a Doctor’s Office.
• Essential: LPN - Licensed Practical Nurse.
• BLS - Basic Life Saving certification (American Heart Association).
• Nonessential: RN - Registered Nurse.

Pay

Entry USD $23.67/Hr., Max USD $36.69/Hr.
