About the role
Provide focused, one-on-one in-home pediatric care as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN).
Responsibilities
- Support pediatric patients with skilled nursing needs
- Collaborate closely with registered nurses and clinical leadership
- Follow clear care plans and ensure safety and compliance with CDC guidelines
- Deliver care confidently and build meaningful patient relationships
- Provide safe, consistent nursing care in patients' homes
- Utilize clinical support and PPE, and adhere to safety protocols
- Engage with a supportive clinical team
- Use tools like an employee portal for scheduling and communication
Requirements
- Valid Pennsylvania LPN license or multistate license
- TB test or blood test
- BLS CPR certification (in person)
- Valid driver’s license
- Experience or willingness to train in G-tube, trach, or vent care
