Pediatric Nurse - LPN

About the role

The LPN Homecare Nurse provides one-to-one skilled nursing care in patients' homes, focusing on building meaningful relationships and delivering high-quality clinical services.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications and perform patient assessments
• Manage tracheostomy, ventilator, G-Tube, feeding, wound care, and seizure monitoring
• Implement care plans and document clinical activities
• Educate patients and families to promote understanding and compliance

Qualifications

• Active Pennsylvania RN or LPN license
• Current CPR/BLS certification
• Strong communication and assessment skills
• Homecare experience preferred but not required; new graduates encouraged
• Passion for compassionate, patient-centered care

Schedule

• Flexible schedules including full-time, part-time, and PRN roles
• Assignments available across various shifts and settings, such as pediatric, adult, high-acuity, school nursing, and private duty cases
• Positions located in multiple Central Pennsylvania locations
