About the role
The LPN Homecare Nurse provides one-to-one skilled nursing care in patients' homes, focusing on building meaningful relationships and delivering high-quality clinical services.
Responsibilities
- Administer medications and perform patient assessments
- Manage tracheostomy, ventilator, G-Tube, feeding, wound care, and seizure monitoring
- Implement care plans and document clinical activities
- Educate patients and families to promote understanding and compliance
Qualifications
- Active Pennsylvania RN or LPN license
- Current CPR/BLS certification
- Strong communication and assessment skills
- Homecare experience preferred but not required; new graduates encouraged
- Passion for compassionate, patient-centered care
Schedule
- Flexible schedules including full-time, part-time, and PRN roles
- Assignments available across various shifts and settings, such as pediatric, adult, high-acuity, school nursing, and private duty cases
- Positions located in multiple Central Pennsylvania locations
