Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, one-on-one care to pediatric patients in their homes
• Assist with daily living activities such as feeding, bathing, and dressing
• Monitor and report on patient progress and any changes in condition
• Collaborate with families and healthcare providers to develop and implement care plans
• Ensure compliance with all safety and regulatory standards

Requirements

• Active LPN license in the state of North Carolina
• Graduation from an accredited nursing program

Qualifications

• Experience in pediatric care is preferred but not required
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Passion for making a positive impact on children's lives

Pay

• $28–34/hour in Piedmont Triad Area (including weekend and overnight differentials)

Schedule

• Available shifts include Daytime, Overnight, and Premium Night Shift
• Shift lengths vary from 8 to 12 hours
• No weekend requirement
