Pediatric Homecare Nurse (RN/LPN)

About the role

We are seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide home-based pediatric care.

Responsibilities

• Planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care using the nursing process
• Initiating and adjusting care plans based on patient needs and prescriber input
• Administering medications and treatments, monitoring effectiveness
• Responding to changes in patient condition and communicating with healthcare providers
• Providing healthcare education, care coordination, and discharge planning as needed

Qualifications and Skills

• Current RN or LPN license for the practicing state
• Valid health certificate, TB test, and BLS certification
• Strong clinical judgment, communication, and patient advocacy skills
