Job Summary

BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in North Jersey West to provide skilled nursing care in clients' homes. The position offers flexible schedules, consistent patient relationships, and competitive benefits.

Care for one client at a time in their home environment, allowing for personalized, consistent care. Enjoy a shorter commute and build meaningful, long-term relationships with patients and their families.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled nursing care following physician orders
• Monitor and assess client conditions
• Document care using electronic charting
• Travel to one client's home near you each day

Requirements

• Graduation from an accredited nursing program
• Active LPN license in good standing in New Jersey

Qualifications

• Passionate about adult and/or pediatric care
• Willingness to build meaningful, long-term relationships with patients and families
• Ability to provide consistent, high-quality care in a home setting

Skills

• Strong communication skills
• Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
