About the Role

The LPN directs resident care, collaborates with physicians, residents, and multi-disciplinary team members, and provides physical and psychological support to residents, families, and team members. Responsibilities
- Communicating a sense of caring, concern, and dignity for elders
- Recognizing the autonomy and dignity of all elders
- Understanding how to place decision-making in the hands of the elders
- Focusing on providing high-quality service and care
Qualifications
- Education: Graduate of an approved nursing program
- Licensure: Valid Ohio Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license, CPR
- Experience: At least 6 months of direct care nursing practice desired; long-term care experience preferred
Available Shifts
Full Time and Part Time Days and Nights, PRN - 12 Hr shifts
Pay
Starting from $28.00, increases with experience. Shift Differential: $3.00/hour for 2nd shift.
