LPN - Part-time - Homecare

Responsibilities

• Provide direct homecare to patients.
• Monitor patient conditions and administer medications.
• Support and implement individualized care plans.

Qualifications & Skills

• Active LPN license.
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Preferred: 1+ year of relevant experience.
• Ability to deliver compassionate, patient-centered care.

Key Duties

• Deliver care to adult and pediatric patients in home settings.
• Ensure patient safety and adherence to established care plans.
• Provide flexible scheduling options, including day, evening, and overnight shifts.
