About the role
Private-duty Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) providing one-on-one care to patients of all ages, from infants to geriatrics in their homes.
Responsibilities
- Travel to clients’ homes
- Follow and document doctors’ orders
- Perform patient assessments
- Monitor conditions and record observations, interventions, and evaluations
- Deliver personalized, compassionate care and build client relationships
- Ensure high-quality service in a home setting
Requirements
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program
- Current nursing license in good standing
- Flexibility for on-demand scheduling
- Experience in traditional shift types preferred
