Responsibilities
- Administer or assist residents with medications and treatments
- Collect and transport laboratory specimens
- Communicate with physicians via various channels
- Help develop and revise individualized service plans, ensuring resident needs and preferences are met
- Perform additional duties as directed by the Wellness Director
- Manage specimen collection and transportation
- Maintain accurate resident records and documentation
- Collaborate with healthcare providers and team members
Requirements
- Minimum age of 21
- Effective communication skills in English, both verbal and written
- Compliance with state or provincial health requirements
- Current professional license and CPR certification if applicable
- Other certifications as mandated by regulations
