LPN - Part Time

Role: LPN supporting the Southwood Specialties team, providing compassionate patient care with modern clinical technology. Responsibilities: Deliver hands-on nursing care, administer medications, monitor patient status, and document all interventions in the electronic health record (EHR) system. Collaboration: Work closely with physicians, RNs, and interdisciplinary team members to coordinate care plans and ensure effective communication. Skills & Qualifications: Proficiency in clinical software tools, strong communication, attention to detail, and a commitment to quality and continuous improvement in patient care.
