Residential Nursing
Responsibilities
- Provide a structured routine that includes house meetings, individual outings, meal preparation, ADL care, facilitating family visitations, and distributing medication.
- Implement Positive Behavior Support and Individual programs as identified in the Individual Service Plans.
- Occasionally, de-escalate and manage crises to ensure the safety of others.
Requirements
- MA state valid LPN or RN license.
- A qualifying criminal background check and a valid drivers license are required.
- A TB screening and physical examination are required upon hire and a TB update is needed every two years thereafter.
