About the role

Cooper River Post Acute is a 176-bed skilled nursing facility in Mount Pleasant, SC. We seek Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) who can make a positive impact on the lives of our residents and their families.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care under the supervision of Registered Nurses (RNs)
• Assist with daily living activities
• Administer medications as prescribed
• Document patient care activities accurately and timely
• Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings

Requirements

• An active unencumbered South Carolina license
• Nursing degree from an accredited college/university
• Experience as an LPN in long-term care (LTC) preferred
• CPR certification
• Patient care experience with PCC preferred

Qualifications

• Maintain all required continuing education/licensing
• Be in good standing with the State Board of Nursing

Skills

• Strong communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Attention to detail

Benefits

• $30-33 per hour
• Shift differentials: $2/hr for nights and $4/hr for weekends
• 12-hour shifts available: days (7a-7p) and nights (7p-7a)
