About the role
Providing in-home care for pediatric and/or adult patients.
Responsibilities
- Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
- Deliver skilled nursing services according to prescribed orders.
- Assess signs and symptoms indicating physiologic and psychosocial changes.
- Collect, analyze, and interpret data from healthcare team members, documenting nursing diagnoses.
Qualifications
- Licensed as an LPN/LVN in the practicing state.
- Current TB or Chest X-Ray and BLS certification.
- Preferably with one year of professional nursing experience.
