LPN - Part Time

About the role

Providing in-home care for pediatric and/or adult patients.

Responsibilities

• Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
• Deliver skilled nursing services according to prescribed orders.
• Assess signs and symptoms indicating physiologic and psychosocial changes.
• Collect, analyze, and interpret data from healthcare team members, documenting nursing diagnoses.

Qualifications

• Licensed as an LPN/LVN in the practicing state.
• Current TB or Chest X-Ray and BLS certification.
• Preferably with one year of professional nursing experience.
