LPN - Palliative Care Clinic (Full-Time Days)

Qualifications & Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited practical nursing program or equivalent education and licensure.
• Valid LPN license in the state of practice, with ongoing compliance with licensing requirements.
• Basic Life Support certification through the American Heart Association or completion within 30 days of hire.
• Physical ability to stand, walk, bend, lift (up to 50 pounds), and perform patient handling tasks.
• New or experienced LPNs are eligible.

Preferred Skills & Certifications

• IV certification within one year of hire.
• Additional certifications such as ACLS, PALS, PEARS, S.T.A.B.L.E., or unit-specific credentials may be required based on the department.

Key Responsibilities

• Utilize nursing skills to deliver compassionate patient care, coordinate with multidisciplinary teams, and ensure professional accountability for assigned patients.
