Responsibilities
- Utilize the nursing process to provide patient care under supervision or direction of a licensed or registered nurse.
- Maintain accountability for patient care, coordinate with other departments, and uphold patient rights and confidentiality.
- Perform duties aligned with organizational standards, values, and mission.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Graduate of an accredited practical nursing program
- Current LPN license in Missouri, meeting State Board requirements
- New graduates and experienced LPNs welcome
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- LPN-IV Certification completed within 3 months (or up to 1 year based on unit needs)
Skills & Physical Requirements
- Frequent standing, walking, bending, and patient handling
- Ability to push, pull, and grip up to 50 lbs
