Responsibilities

  • Utilize the nursing process to provide patient care under supervision or direction of a licensed or registered nurse.
  • Maintain accountability for patient care, coordinate with other departments, and uphold patient rights and confidentiality.
  • Perform duties aligned with organizational standards, values, and mission.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Graduate of an accredited practical nursing program
  • Current LPN license in Missouri, meeting State Board requirements
  • New graduates and experienced LPNs welcome
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
  • LPN-IV Certification completed within 3 months (or up to 1 year based on unit needs)

Skills & Physical Requirements

  • Frequent standing, walking, bending, and patient handling
  • Ability to push, pull, and grip up to 50 lbs
