Pay

Registered Nurse (RN): $39.40 per hour starting wage ($36.00 base + $3.40/hr Hero Pay), plus $12,000 sign-on bonus. Yearly wage increases.

Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN): $31.55 per hour starting wage ($28.15 base + $3.40/hr Hero Pay), plus $12,000 sign-on bonus. Yearly wage increases.

Schedule

• Full-time or part-time available
• All shifts include rotating weekends and some holidays
• 12-hour shifts — nights needed
• 8-hour shifts — afternoons needed

Responsibilities

• Promote hospitality and excellent customer service in daily interactions with guests, families, and visitors
• Promote a positive, healthy environment for healing through kind words and encouragement
• Perform treatments including wound care, irrigations, IV therapy, tube feedings, chest tubes, and peritoneal dialysis
• Administer medications as prescribed; advise patients and families on medication changes, treatment plans, and condition updates
• Provide preventative and supportive care for physiologic and psychosocial well-being
• Oversee the Nurse Aide team — give direction & assignments, offer training, contribute to recognition and evaluations

Requirements

• Current license to practice as a Registered Nurse (RN) in Michigan or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in Michigan
• Current CPR certification (BLS)
• Associate's or Bachelor's degree (or higher)
• High level of analytical ability to prepare personalized care plans, implement effective nursing care/rehabilitation, and develop solutions to complex well-being problems
• Excellent customer service skills with commitment to delivering Excellent, Passionate, Innovative care
• Team player dedicated to supporting team members and getting the job done
