Springfield Skilled Care Center seeks compassionate and thoughtful individuals who share our passion for exceptional care in senior living. We partner with a network of skilled nursing centers to support a small team environment of caring professionals with the resources and benefits of a larger enterprise.

Responsibilities

• Highly motivated and able to assist in all aspects of nursing
• Provides services that exceed company and regulatory standards
• Initiates and leads individualized nursing care plans
• Accurately and promptly implements physicians' orders
• Sets up and administers medications
• Starts IVs and performs treatments for assigned residents
• Documents treatments as required
• Ensures supplies are utilized economically and equipment is clean and maintained
• Others duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Valid LPN license for the state of Missouri
• Valid CPR certification

Pay, Benefits & Perks

• $12,000 sign-on bonus for full-time qualifying candidates
• Shift differential pay
• Paid time off (PTO) starting after 30 days of employment

• Nights: 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM Saturday-Monday
• Days: 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM Monday-Wednesday
