Responsibilities

• Provide 1-on-1 patient care with personalized attention.
• Follow care plans to ensure the highest quality of nursing care.
• Monitor patient conditions and maintain accurate patient charts.
• Assist with daily activities to enhance the patient's quality of life.

Requirements

• Active LPN or RN license.
• Positive, professional attitude and strong communication skills.
