Responsibilities

• Providing 1-on-1 Patient Care with personalized attention.
• Following Care Plans to ensure the highest quality of nursing care.
• Monitoring Patient Conditions and Maintaining Accurate Patient Charts.
• Assisting with Daily Activities to enhance the patient's quality of life.

Requirements

• Active LPN or RN License.
• Positive, professional attitude and strong communication skills.
• Problem-solving mindset and the ability to multi-task.
• Compassionate heart ready to make a difference in the family you care for.
