Responsibilities

• Administer medications as prescribed by physicians
• Maintain patient health records and report changes to medical staff
• Assist patients with personal hygiene and mobility
• Monitor vital signs and report abnormalities
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to develop and implement care plans

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Current license to practice as an LPN or RN in the state of [State]
• At least 1 year of relevant clinical experience
