Job Purpose
Acute Rehab Hospital Level of Care Under the general direction of the Nurse Manager, the licensed practical nurse is responsible for the delivery of safe and appropriate nursing care to an assigned patient population. The licensed practical nurse is accountable to perform in accordance with hospital policies and procedures, New Hampshire state regulations, the Standards of Rehabilitation Nursing Practice established by the American Nurses Association and the Association of Rehabilitation Nurses, and Standards of Clinical Practice established by the American Nurses Association.
Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited school of practical nursing.
- Licensed as a practical nurse in the State of New Hampshire
- Trained and certified biennially in BLS Healthcare Provider Level CPR
