About the Role

We Are Currently Hiring For Registered Nurses (RN) – Medical Surgical Unit

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional patient care in a collaborative environment within our 25-bed critical access hospital.
• Care for a diverse patient population while working alongside an experienced interdisciplinary team.

Requirements

• Registered Nurses (RN): Current licensure as a registered nurse in Iowa.
• Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN): Current licensure as a licensed practical nurse in Iowa.

Qualifications

• Registered Nurses (RN): Bachelor’s degree in nursing preferred, but not required. Completion of an approved nursing program.
• Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN): Current licensure as a licensed practical nurse in Iowa.

Skills

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Effective problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
