About the role
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) to join our team in delivering exceptional family medicine services. In this role, you will work closely with our family medicine providers to support patient care and ensure a seamless experience for our patients.

Responsibilities
- Participate in the implementation and evaluation of patient care, under the supervision of a registered nurse, advanced practice provider, or physician
- Ensure the health, comfort, and safety of patients
- Document a thorough medical history from patients
- Contribute to the assessment of patients and administer medications or treatments as ordered
- Provide technical support to healthcare professionals as needed
- Counsel patients and family members, under the direction of a registered nurse, on prevention and treatment plans
- Demonstrate competency and practice within the full scope of nursing expertise/knowledge, utilizing appropriate age and population-specific standards
- Perform patient scheduling, insurance and guarantor validation, and verification of demographic information (where applicable)
- Coordinate provider schedules across multiple locations and manage daily scheduling adjustments
Requirements
- Graduation from a school or college of nursing program leading to licensure as a Licensed Practical Nurse
- Associate's degree in practical nursing is preferred
- Completion of a pre-licensure nursing program that included supervised clinical experience across the life span as part of the curriculum, or a minimum of 400 hours of experience as a RN (or LPN) at another facility
- Current licensure as a practical nurse in the state(s) of practice

Pay
- Salary range: $20.24 - $28.68 per hour
- Sign-on bonus up to $15,000 for eligible applicants
