LPN Nurse - Up to $34.55 starting wages! PLUS $6,000 Sign On Bonus

Starting wages up to $34.55 per hour plus $3.40 per hour hero pay. Full-time employees receive a $6,000 sign-on bonus; part-time employees receive $3,000. Yearly wage increases included.

About the Role

Our Skilled Nurses provide specialized care to patients in a variety of areas including orthopedics, cardiac, respiratory, oncology, palliative care, infections, neurology, and dermatology. You will be empowered to assess needs and implement care as you deem necessary, utilizing the latest technology and being part of a strong interdisciplinary team.

Responsibilities

• Perform a variety of treatments, including wound care, irrigations, IV therapy, tube feedings, chest tubes, and peritoneal dialysis.
• Administer medications to patients as prescribed by the physician and advise patients and families regarding changes to medications, treatment plans, and patient condition.
• Provide preventative and supportive care directed to the physiologic and psychosocial well-being of patients.
• Promote hospitality and excellent customer service in daily interactions with guests, their families, and visitors. Foster a positive, healthy environment for healing and thriving.
• Oversee the Nurse Aide team, including giving direction and assignments, offering training, and contributing to recognition and evaluations.

Requirements

• A current license to practice as a Practical Nurse (LPN) in Michigan.
• Current CPR-BLS certification.
• An Associate's or Bachelor's Degree, or higher.
• A high level of analytical abilities to prepare personalized care plans, implement effective nursing care and rehabilitation, and develop solutions to difficult problems concerning well-being.
• Excellent customer service skills with a commitment to delivering Excellent, Passionate, Innovative care.

Pay

Starting wages range from $30.15 to $34.55 per hour, plus $3.40 per hour hero pay. Yearly wage increases included.

Schedule

• 8-hour shifts with rotating weekends and some holidays.
• Afternoon shift needed: 2:00 PM – 10:30 PM.
• Day shift also available.
