LPN Nurse (Glenaire)

About the role

LPNs provide care to residents in the household to help meet their daily needs, including medical, physical, and emotional needs.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical care to residents
• Promote residents' psychosocial well-being through meaningful relationship building
• Participate in care planning
• Help plan and facilitate social activities
• Maintain a clean, safe environment
• Ensure proper documentation

Requirements

• License as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in the State of NC
• Desire to serve senior adults
• Positive outlook
• Able to take initiative and be detail-oriented
• Ability to work independently and on a team
• Flexible and able to handle a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication and documentation skills
