About the role
LPNs provide care to residents in the household to help meet their daily needs, including medical, physical, and emotional needs.
Responsibilities
- Provide clinical care to residents
- Promote residents' psychosocial well-being through meaningful relationship building
- Participate in care planning
- Help plan and facilitate social activities
- Maintain a clean, safe environment
- Ensure proper documentation
Requirements
- License as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in the State of NC
- Desire to serve senior adults
- Positive outlook
- Able to take initiative and be detail-oriented
- Ability to work independently and on a team
- Flexible and able to handle a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and documentation skills
