LPN Nurse

Responsibilities

• Promote hospitality and excellent customer service in interactions with guests, families, and visitors.
• Perform treatments such as wound care, irrigations, IV therapy, tube feedings, chest tubes, and peritoneal dialysis.
• Administer medications as prescribed by physicians and provide guidance on medication changes, treatment plans, and patient conditions.
• Provide preventive and supportive care focusing on the physical and psychological well-being of patients.
• Oversight of the Nurse Aide team, including assigning tasks, providing training, and conducting evaluations.

Requirements

• A current license to practice as an LPN in the state of Michigan.
• Current CPR certification.
• An Associate's or Bachelor's Degree, or higher.
• High-level analytical abilities to develop personalized care plans, implement nursing care, and address complex patient issues.
• Excellent customer service skills and a commitment to delivering exceptional care.
• Team player with strong dedication to supporting colleagues and achieving goals.
• Nursing skills including compassion, leadership, emotional intelligence, respectfulness, calmness, clear communication, empathy, problem-solving, physical endurance, attention to detail, critical thinking, time management, professionalism, positive attitude, adaptability, conflict resolution, and teamwork.

• Comprehensive knowledge of medical procedures and protocols.
• Experience working in a healthcare setting preferred.

Benefits

• Up to $41.40 per hour on 2nd shift.
• Starting wage range for LPN: $29.15 - $33.00 per hour (based on years of certification).
• $4-5 per hour shift premium for 2nd or 3rd shifts.
• $10,000 sign-on bonus with EPXEDITED payout at 6 months, 12 months, and 18 months.
• Hero pay ($3.40 per hour hazard pay).

Schedule

• Full-time or part-time positions available.
