LPN Nurse - $10,000 Sign On Bonus! (Grand Rapids, MI)

About the role

You will be empowered to assess patient needs and implement care utilizing the latest technology as part of a strong interdisciplinary team. You will promote hospitality and excellent customer service in daily interactions with guests, families, and visitors, fostering a positive, healthy healing environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform a variety of treatments, including wound care, irrigations, IV therapy, tube feedings, chest tubes, and peritoneal dialysis.
• Administer medications as prescribed by physicians and advise patients and families on medication changes, treatment plans, and patient condition.
• Provide preventative and supportive care for the physiologic and psychosocial well-being of patients.
• Oversee the CNA team, including direction, assignments, training, recognition, and evaluations.

Requirements

• Current license to practice as an LPN in Michigan.
• Current CPR-BLS certification.
• Associate's or Bachelor's Degree, or higher.
• High level of analytical abilities to prepare personalized care plans and implement effective nursing care.
• Excellent customer service skills with a commitment to delivering excellent, passionate, and innovative care.
• Team player dedicated to supporting team members and completing tasks.

Pay

$32.15 - $34.15 per hour based on experience, plus a $10,000 sign-on bonus and $3.40 per hour hero pay. Yearly wage increases are provided.

Schedule

• Full-time or part-time positions available.
• 12-hour shifts, including midnights.
