About the role

Provides nursing care to adolescent and young adult patients in a complex medical setting. Works nights.

Responsibilities

• Care coordination with interdisciplinary team
• Assessment and documentation of patient needs
• Medication management and administration
• Emergency response and triage
• Documentation of care provided

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing from an accredited institution
• Current Texas RN license
• One year of acute care experience preferred

• Strong communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Passion for working with adolescents and young adults
