About the role

Join our weekend package nights team in adolescent/young adult complex medical care at ChildServe. This is a part-time position offering flexible scheduling.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care to adolescents and young adults with complex medical needs.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans.
• Document patient interactions and progress in electronic health records.
• Ensure compliance with all healthcare policies and procedures.

Requirements

• Current RN license or LPN license in good standing.
• Experience working with adolescents and young adults with complex medical conditions.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing preferred.
• Previous experience in acute care settings.
• Knowledge of adolescent and young adult development.

Skills

• Excellent clinical judgment and problem-solving skills.
• Effective time management and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in electronic health record systems.
