About the role

Join our team of dedicated professionals who provide comprehensive care to adolescent and young adult patients with complex medical needs. We are seeking RNs and LPNs to join our dynamic team on a full-time basis.

Responsibilities

• Assess and document patient health status
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to develop and implement care plans
• Maintain accurate and timely medical records
• Provide emotional support to patients and families

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing from an accredited program
• Current licensure as an RN or LPN in the state of [State]
• Experience working with adolescents and young adults with complex medical conditions preferred
