About the role
Join a dedicated healthcare team providing direct patient care in behavioral health settings.
Responsibilities
- Conducting assessments, documenting care, analyzing patient data, and notifying physicians of changes
- Participating in developing and evaluating multidisciplinary treatment plans
- Ensuring patient and environment safety
- Serving as a clinical resource supervising LPNs and technicians
- Educating patients and families based on assessed needs
- Applying evidence-based practices
- Adhering to professional nursing standards and ethical guidelines
Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program or equivalent
- State-specific RN licensure (no experience required)
- Current BLS certification from AHA
Skills
- Critical thinking and judgment

- Physical ability to perform patient care duties including lifting and mobility assistance
- Ability to work alertly and safely in a fast-paced environment
